How we handle your information.

Veska Financial Inc. ("Veska," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what we do with it during the waitlist period. A more detailed policy will apply when product features are launched.

What we collect today

While Veska is in waitlist mode, we collect only the information you give us:

• Email address: when you join the waitlist.
• Basic technical data: your browser type, IP address, and pages visited, collected through standard web logs.

Why we collect it

Email addresses are collected so we can notify you when Veska becomes available in your state. Technical data helps us understand which pages people read, fix bugs, and protect against abuse.

How we use it

Waitlist emails are used solely to send launch updates, product news, and account-related communication. We do not sell or rent your email to anyone.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data is retained until Veska launches in your state, at which point it transitions to your account record (with full account-level privacy controls) or, if you choose not to sign up, is removed within 90 days of launch.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to us at hello@getveska.com. You can also request that we delete your waitlist data, and we will honor the request within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.

Third parties

Today we use:

• Cloudflare: hosting infrastructure and bot protection.
• Supabase: secure database storage for waitlist records.
• Google Workspace: email communication with you.
• ipapi.co: reads your IP address to estimate your state, so we can tell you when Veska launches where you live.

These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments. No third-party advertising trackers are loaded on this site.

Security

We store waitlist data using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to a small number of authorized people at Veska.
